Yet another video short!!!

I realized after finishing this edit that I need to start overlaying b-roll footage on top of my interviews. It'll be much more smooth, and break up the chop chop chops of each separate clip.

Caminar Project

The next thing we're working on in photojournalism is a video project for a nonprofit organization, Caminar. We'll be putting together a short edit that outlines the success story of Mike Chavez, one of the many people Caminar has helped out. Our first graded part was a rather pointless 30 second clip.

Makin' video

We recently did a quick interview in advanced photojournalism, followed up by a practice video edit. We learned about getting b-roll, different angles, etc. After turning mine in, I noticed that I definitely used too many transitions, but other than that it's alright. Nothing special, but it was good practice. Sorry for the horrible quality, I didn't want to have to upload to Vimeo.
